What happens if my disembarkation gets delayed?
We understand that cruise disembarkation can be unpredictable at times, due to port clearance or delays at immigration. To ensure a seamless pick-up, SARO offers a complimentary 15-minute grace for all cruise pick-ups or an extended 60-minute grace when you book with the arrival option.

Where do cruise ships dock in Singapore?
Singapore has two primary cruise terminals – Marina Bay Cruise Centre (MBCCS) and Singapore Cruise Centre (SCC).
- Marina Bay Cruise Centre is located at 61 Marina Coastal Drive, Singapore 018947, near the Marina Bay Sands Hotel and it handles all major international cruises.
- Singapore Cruise Centre is located at 1 Maritime Square, Singapore 099253, adjacent to HarbourFront Centre and it primarily serves smaller vessels bound for regional sailings.

Unfortunately, we do not accept US Dollars (USD) for cash transactions. While we understand that many cruise ships operate with US currency on-board, all local cash payments must be settled in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
It is highly recommended to make payments by card when you book your cruise transfer to ensure a locked-in fare. Alternatively, you can exchange your foreign currency for SGD at a money changer before boarding your vehicle.
