Can I request for a specific vehicle model?
You may indicate your request in the ‘special requests’ section when booking, such as a specific vehicle model or even the vehicle’s colour.

However, please note that while we do our best to fulfill all requests, your booking guarantees a vehicle from any of the variant models within your selected vehicle type, rather than a specific model or colour.
Can I book any type of vehicle for any type of transfer?
Yes – our entire fleet is fully available for booking across all types of transfers. You can compare and select the ideal vehicle for your passenger count and luggage when you book an airport transfer, your transport to cruise terminals, or when reserving pick-ups at ferry terminals.
Do children require child seats in your vehicles?
Yes, for 6-Seaters only. By law, passengers under 1.35 meters must use a child restraint or booster seat. For 7-Seaters and 13-Seaters, child seats are legally exempt by LTA regulations as they are classified as buses.
Kindly select the required type of child or infant seat when making your booking to ensure your child’s safety.
Does a backpack or handbag count as a piece of luggage?
Carry-on backpacks or handbags do not count toward your vehicle’s luggage limit, as they can be carried on your lap during transfers. However, larger items such as hiking backpacks, oversized duffel bags, or any boxes that require trunk space must be counted as standard luggage items when choosing your vehicle size.

Can I fit extra passengers if I have less luggage?
For 7-Seaters Vans: No. The seat configuration is fixed and completely separate from the luggage space. It can only fit up to 7 passengers, regardless of the number of luggage.
For 6-Seater MPVs & 13-Seater Mini Buses: Yes. These vehicles use foldable rear rows to balance passenger and trunk space. If you have very little or no luggage, those seats can stay upright to maximize passenger capacity.
How do I choose the right vehicle for oversized items?
Choose our 13-Seater Mini Bus. Featuring an estimated luggage space of 1.7 meters wide, 1.6 meters high and an unblocked center aisle measuring 2.5 meters in length, this vehicle easily accommodates almost all bulky or oversized items, including bicycles, surfboards, and large cargo boxes, while still maintaining passenger comfort.
